CASA and Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Haul in 143 Pounds of Drugs

Last Saturday CASA and the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department hosted their semi-annual prescription drug drop-off event. 64 cars, bikes, and walkers stopped by Balzer field to take advantage of this free and easy way to get rid of unused and expired prescription drugs. After 3 hours, we filled more than five pharmaceutical destruction containers with 143 pounds of medication. A big thanks to everyone who participated in keeping the kids in our community safe!
